Job summary

PT Gajah Agung Mandiri, newly establishing an office in Jakarta, seeks a capable professional to manage licensing, regulatory compliance, and governmental coordination. The role involves end-to-end company establishment, OSS/NIB processes, and records management.

Candidates should have a law or business background, at least three years in corporate legal/compliance, and strong English. Knowledge of OSS rules and Indonesian licensing regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Business from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal, licensing, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of OSS, Indonesian investment and licensing regulations, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Jakarta office establishment.
• Manage end-to-end company establishment and licensing processes, including NIB, OSS, LPKM, business licenses, and other sectoral permits.
• Liaise with government authorities, ministries, and third parties throughout the licensing process.
• Maintain organized records of licensing documents with compliance reports.
• HR - Assist in recruitment process and compliance with BJPS and authorities.
• Able to do simple accounting using Accurate Online or Jurnal or Others is an advantage.
