Job summary

PT Dewa Kopi Indonesia is seeking a human resources professional to manage recruitment, training, internal communications, licensing, inventory, and policy compliance in Indonesia. The role requires coordinating multiple HR functions and ensuring adherence to local regulations and company procedures.

The incumbent will handle recruitment campaigns, organize training programs, manage license compliance, and communicate updates to staff.

Responsibilities

• Place recruitment advertisement as required, accept and organize employment applications, organize recruitment days, manage all paperwork for new recruits.
• Coordinate training and development to ensure training programmes and performance reviews meet business needs and training goals.
• Coordinate internal employee communications programmes including orientation, bulletins, newsletters, recognition programmes, etc.
• Ensure all Company licenses are monitored and valid, extended if needed, proper filing and maintain relationships with relevant institutions.
• Conduct routine inventory checks to ensure stock levels for operating equipment and other items are up to par.
• Communicate potential issues regarding employee misconduct and potential disciplinary actions to your manager.
• In the absence of your manager, provide ongoing communication to line employees regarding new policies, programmes and procedures.
• Maintain a complete understanding of Company regulations, safety and health procedures.
• Perform other assignments to meet business needs as directed by your superior.
