Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support attendance, payroll, policy communication, and compliance within our Indonesian team. The role focuses on accurate data handling and proactive issue resolution.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of HR experience, with strong MS Office and data management skills. The position requires honesty, organization, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or a related HR position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong administrative and data management skills, with high attention to detail.
• Honest, proactive, organized, disciplined, responsible, and able to work efficiently.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the collection, checking, and consolidation of employee attendance records on a regular basis.
• Handle the payroll process for each payroll period, ensuring all payroll data is complete and accurate.
• Monitor employee compliance with company rules, policies, and regulations.
• Handle employee disciplinary issues by implementing appropriate sanctions in accordance with company policies and conducting counseling sessions with the employees concerned.
• Communicate and socialize management policies, announcements, and other relevant information to employees.
• Monitor employee performance evaluations during their contract period and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
