Job summary

J&T Express is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead HR operations for its Fastock and JIL subsidiaries.

You will partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, manage end-to-end HR generalist duties, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR administration, and ensure policy compliance across the group. This role requires Mandarin fluency and experience across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, management, or related field.
• Mandarin fluency with minimum HSK 5 or equivalent.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably as HRBP or HR Generalist.
• Strong HR generalist skills and employee relations.
• Experience supporting multiple departments or subsidiaries is preferred.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work with management and staff.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail; able to prioritize HR matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; HRIS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and act as the HR Business Partner for J&T Express subsidiaries, Fastock & JIL.
• Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand workforce needs and provide appropriate HR solutions.
• Handle end-to-end HR generalist functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR administration.
• Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, organizational structure, and employee development initiatives.
• Monitor and ensure the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company regulations across the subsidiaries.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
• Identify HR-related issues and provide data-driven recommendations to improve employee productivity, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
