Job summary

Work with payroll providers and BPJS to ensure payroll, social security and visa compliance under Indonesian regulations, and oversee administrative operations to support the local team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years HR experience and deep knowledge of Indonesian labor law.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience in Indonesia with knowledge of BPJS and labor law.
• Experience with payroll, social security, and compliance.
• Familiarity with Indonesian employment regulations and visa matters.
• Fluent in Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, and personnel records.
• Oversee employee relations and payroll coordination with providers.
