Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of payroll or HR administration experience; payroll handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical/data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HRIS/payroll systems.
• Good understanding of Indonesian payroll practices and employment regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential employee information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Handle payroll components including salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, and related items.
• Maintain payroll data in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and related departments on payroll matters.
• Prepare payroll reports and support reconciliation and data analysis.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries with clear explanations.
• Support payroll-related projects and process improvements.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders when required.
