Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HRM.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
• People oriented with good communication and positive vibes.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Proven experience in employee relations, people development and recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
