Qualifications

• Basic experience in HR administration and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee relations.
• Perform administrative duties such as document management, record-keeping, and data entry.
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to address HR-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Create training programs and conduct employee sessions, assist with performance management through reviews and goal setting, and generate HR reports to track KPIs.
