Job summary

Dibimbing is hiring an HR Executive (Remote) on a full‑time basis, with level depending on experience: Junior HR at IDR 7,500,000 per month and Senior HR at IDR 11,000,000 per month. The role covers full HR operations, payroll, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance, all managed remotely.

Candidates must communicate in English, be self‑driven, and eager to learn Singapore employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HR experience or equivalent hands-on exposure.
• Able to interact and write reasonably in English.
• Willing to work remotely and independently.
• Experience in payroll, recruitment or employment law is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee relations.
• Perform administrative duties such as document management, record-keeping, and data entry.
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone to address HR-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Support training, performance management, and HR reporting.
• Handle end-to-end HR operations independently with minimal supervision.
• Review HR documentation and work prepared by junior staff where required.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure accuracy and consistency with company standards.
• Support process improvements, HR initiatives, and more complex HR matters.

HR Executive (Remote) - Full Time
This position is open to candidates at Junior HR and Senior HR levels. The role level offered will depend on the candidate’s experience, HR knowledge, ability to work independently, and overall suitability for the role.

We are offering the Junior HR position at IDR 7,500,000 per month and the Senior HR position at IDR 11,000,000 per month.

Requirements:

General Requirements:

Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English

Able to work independently and be disciplined in a remote environment

Must own a working computer and must have decent Internet speed (speed test of minimum 20mbps) for work purposes

Willing to learn Singapore employment regulations

Suitable for candidates with some HR experience or basic hands-on exposure to HR operations

Experience in HR, payroll processing, recruitment, or employment law is an advantage

Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience or equivalent hands-on exposure

Able to manage HR functions independently and handle more complex HR matters

Strong experience in HR operations, payroll, compliance, and HR documentation review
