Job summary

Carousell Group is seeking a People Operations & Talent Associate to support Talent Acquisition and People Operations across Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome, with duties spanning recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll support, and HR admin to ensure smooth processes.

You will collaborate with the People Team to maintain records, update HR systems, and assist in payroll tasks while promoting strong stakeholder engagement. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship or hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, or People Operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment coordination: job postings, sourcing, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare employee documents and HR data in HR systems; assist payroll and attendance tasks.
• Support HR documentation, reporting, and other administrative duties.
