Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle employee issues.
• Willing to be placed in Cianjur.

Responsibilities

• Willingness to comply with regulations related to occupational health and safety and the environment (K3L).
• Manage and monitor employee attendance, including leave, permission, lateness, and overtime.
• Prepare attendance recapitulation as the basis for payroll calculation.
