Job summary

TRNP Law Firm is seeking an HR & GA Staff to handle recruitment, payroll, compliance, and facilities management in Jakarta Selatan. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, attendance, and payroll while ensuring labor-law compliance and keeping HR records up to date.

You will also oversee office assets, vendor relations, and various GA tasks, including licenses, social media content, Canva design, and internal/external communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & General Affairs.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment & selection process.
• Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.
• Experience managing office assets, vendors, maintenance, and general facilities.
• Familiar with attendance and leave management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Able to manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) and company website.

Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
• Managing employee attendance, leave, and payroll administration
• Ensuring company compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
• Managing office facilities, assets, and general maintenance (GA)
• Coordinating with vendors and third-party service providers
• Handling employee relations and internal communication
• Maintaining and updating employee database and HR documentation
• Assisting in performance management and employee development programs
• Managing company licenses/permits and legal administrative matters
• Creating content using Canva for internal & external communication needs
• Managing and updating company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn) and website
