Job summary

Delonix Hotel Karawang is seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Rooms team on site, ensuring quality across guest rooms, public areas and facilities. You will inspect rooms, manage daily activities with the housekeeping team, coordinate with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry, and handle room status reports and assignations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Hospitality.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Past housekeeping supervisor experience.
• Good health condition.
• Flexible working hours depending on season and occupancy.
• Indonesian citizen only.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool and other spaces to ensure standards.
• Run room status reports, identify discrepant rooms, prioritize cleaning and update departing rooms.
• Assist housekeeping management in daily operations and coordinate with other departments.
• Act as liaison to coordinate the efforts of housekeeping, engineering, front office and laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the front desk.
• Prepare, distribute and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Communicate issues to the next shift and complete required paperwork.
