Job summary

Mövenpick Surabaya City is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas and to uphold the hotel's high standards.

You will supervise Housekeeping Attendants, inspect guest rooms and service areas, and focus on attention to detail to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction. The hotel supports Accor's development programs and global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent grooming and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• To supervise Housekeeping Attendants and inspect guest rooms and surrounding service areas.
• To check all the guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long staying guests.
• To ensure the cleanliness of public areas are maintained and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by our hotel.

Job Description

• To ensure the cleanliness of public areas are maintained and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by our hotel
• To supervise Housekeeping Attendants and inspect guest rooms and surrounding service areas. Paying attention to details by keeping the standard of room cleanliness and product maintenance adhering to standard required by our hotel.
• To check all the guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long staying guests.
