Job summary

Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera is looking for a reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the department and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, maintain cleanliness standards, and coordinate with Front Office to meet guest needs.

The role requires proven leadership, guest-service orientation, and familiarity with Opera or similar systems. Join our team and grow within the Accor network in a vibrant, customer‑focused property.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar leadership role is required.
• Proven ability to supervise housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with Opera or related hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure service standards are met with a friendly approach.
• Open and close shifts and ensure effective handovers.
• Assist with preparing efficient departmental work schedules.
• Perform room allocations and inspections to maintain audit standards and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Front Office for guest and hotel needs.
• Replenish guest supplies and address guest requests promptly.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Reliable and engaging. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.

Job Description:

• Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift handover.
• Assist with the preparation of efficient departmental work schedules.
• Perform room allocations and room inspections to check audit standards and ensure overall cleanliness.
• Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements.
• Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests' requests are promptly attended to.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
