Job summary

Mövenpick Surabaya City is a contemporary hotel seeking a Bartender to be an ambassador for the bar and lounge, delivering thoughtful, friendly service and expert beverage knowledge. You will engage guests with recommendations and ensure smooth service during busy periods.

You will work in a dynamic Accor-backed environment, with opportunities to grow within the property and across the Accor network, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of all beverage products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Fluent in English and local language.
