Job summary

Novotel Bali Ubud Resort, part of Accor, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Bali. You will conduct daily staff briefings, supervise cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas, and assist the Executive Housekeeper with attendance and performance assessments.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, English proficiency, and a polished appearance. This role requires the ability to multi-task under pressure and to lead a team with high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Good oral proficiency in English language.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
• Results and service oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.

• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings with staff and supervise all tasks of his/her team.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures set.
• Supervise public areas.
• Assist Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members’ attendance and performance.
• Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
