Job summary

Mövenpick Surabaya City welcomes a Bartender to join our Bar & Lounge team, delivering exceptional service and precise beverage knowledge in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will mix drinks, manage stock, know all menus and promotions, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while helping colleagues create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of beverage products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service.
• To assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• To mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines.
• To have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• To have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• To follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• To follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description
