Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years as General Manager or Hotel Manager.
• Strong understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.
• Proven record in achieving revenue targets and controlling costs.
• Knowledge of Revenue Management, market positioning, and RevPAR optimization.
• Commercial mindset with ability to build corporate accounts and partnerships.

Responsibilities
