Job summary

BATIQA Surabaya is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager with a solid hotel operations background to lead our HR team. You will oversee daily HR operations, implement policies, and partner with hotel leadership to drive excellence in people management.

The role requires hands-on leadership in recruitment, training, succession planning, payroll control, employee relations, and performance management. You will foster a positive, disciplined work culture aligned with the hotel's service

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager in hospitality.
• Hotel operations experience is mandatory with solid understanding of hotel functions.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience in manpower planning, payroll management, labor cost control, and productivity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional grooming, positive attitude, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.
