Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager, preferably in a 3-star hotel or mid‑scale hospitality environment.
  
• Strong understanding of overall hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.
  
• Proven track record in achieving revenue targets, improving profitability, and managing operational costs.
