Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of all Food & Beverage operations through the hotel.
• Assist with controlling departmental costs by stock control, ordering, inventory management and minimizing wastage.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to build capability and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure brand standards, service procedures and presentation standards are consistently achieved.
• Maintain high food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
