Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Gain hands‑on experience in various hotel operations including Front Office and Food & Beverage departments.
- Immerse yourself in Marriott’s culture and business practices.
- Work in different areas of the hotel to understand the industry from the ground up.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a university or hotel school degree program at the time of application.
- Undergraduates specializing in hospitality‑related fields preferred for certain internship positions.
- Students pursuing business or similar related courses may be considered for specialist disciplines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in group settings.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
- Creativity and innovation.
- Language proficiency required for Front Office roles includes Chinese, Russian, Japanese, or Korean.
