• Participate in an 18-month full-time leadership development program at a Marriott International managed hotel.
• Engage in hands‑on, discipline‑specific training combined with a leadership‑focused curriculum.
• Rotate through various hotel functions to gain experience in areas such as Accounting & Finance, Culinary, Engineering, Event Operations, Food & Beverage Operations, Human Resources, Revenue Management, Rooms Operations, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, and Residences.
• Cultivate customer relationships and champion innovation within the organization.
• Manage projects and people, improve processes, and pitch new initiatives through a Voyage project.
• Take on special projects that utilize your training and participate in management meetings.
• Collaborate with Voyage participants worldwide and provide feedback to improve the program.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Recent university or hotel school graduates (within the past year) or students graduating within 12 months of application.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education required (Associate’s degree acceptable for Culinary).
