Savaya Group Bali is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operation of one of its dining venues in Bali. You will supervise the front-of-house and coordinate with Service, Kitchen, Bar, Events, and Operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure organized and efficient service
• Lead pre-service briefings, delegate tasks, monitor guest flow and service quality
• Coach, motivate and develop front-of-house teams including recruitment and training
• Maintain guest relationships, respond to feedback, resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar to ensure timely, accurate food and beverage service
• Manage reservations, table management, events, and other operational needs
• Support revenue and cost control through staffing, stock awareness and budgets
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards
