Job summary

Savaya Group Bali is seeking an Engineering professional to support performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across our Bali venues. You will lead preventative maintenance, respond to operational issues, and work with venue leaders to maintain high safety and guest experiences.

The role is hands-on, requires coordinating with Operations, F&B, Finance, and senior leadership, and supports openings, renovations, and major events with focus on reliability and cost control.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and strong maintenance planning experience in hospitality or similar settings.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Hands-on engineer with a focus on safety, reliability and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute preventative, reactive, and scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect venues, plant rooms, kitchens, guest areas, pools, and equipment.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and coordinate internal teams and suppliers.
• Monitor energy and utility consumption, identify efficiency improvements.
• Support safety, permits, certifications, and technical documentation.
