Savaya Group in Bali is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to support the development and construction of a new hospitality venue. You will coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to deliver the project safely, accurately, on schedule and within budget.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong project control, consistent site presence, and the ability to resolve issues before they affect the opening timeline.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction, renovation, fit-out, or venue-development projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including architects, designers, contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Comfortable reviewing project schedules, drawings, budgets, progress reports, and mitigating issues.
• Willingness to work primarily from the project site in Bali while coordinating with a dispersed team.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the overall project plan with milestones, dependencies, responsibilities and completion targets.
• Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, contractors and vendors to execute the project.
• Monitor construction progress through regular site inspections and lead project meetings.
• Review drawings, specifications, work schedules and material submissions.
• Coordinate permits, approvals, utilities and other project requirements.
• Monitor expenditure, variations and payment progress; manage risks and changes.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Support pre-opening activities and handover to the operational team.
