Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking an HR operations professional to manage the hospital's HR department's day-to-day activities in line with Group standards and local regulations. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, contracts, and employee relations to support a compliant and efficient HR function.

Responsibilities include maintaining staff data in the HRIS, coordinating interviews, background checks, and onboarding, and preparing payroll reconciliations for timely reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any related major (psychology/HRM/law preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational HR activities in the hospital in line with Group HR standards and regulations.
• Handle recruitment processes, staff contracts, onboarding, payroll processing and employee relations.
