Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage hospital HR activities, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. The role emphasizes accurate HRIS maintenance and adherence to group standards and labor regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in HR, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, background checks, and onboarding, while supporting payroll

Qualificações

• Bachelor Degree from any related major (preferably in psychology/ human resource management/ law)
• Have minimum 1-2 years work experience in the same position
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and coordinate various HR activities
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and analysis
• Understanding of HR best practices and principles, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for operational aspects of the Hospital's HR department in line with Group HR standards, policies, procedures and regulations
• Handle recruitment processes, staff contracts & onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, etc.
• Maintain staff data and records in the HRIS and ensure accuracy and up-to-date documents
• Support recruiting backend and administrative tasks: scheduling interviews, background checks, contracting and onboarding
• Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and reports and coordinate with Head Office HR and Hospital Finance teams
• Collaborate with Head of HR to plan staff engagement activities across the hospital
