Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to oversee the hospital's HR department, ensuring adherence to Group standards, policies, and labor regulations. You will manage recruitment, staff contracts, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations to keep HR services efficient and compliant.

You will maintain staff data in the HRIS, coordinate interviews, background checks, contracting, and onboarding, and work with Head of HR to implement staff engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and coordinate various HR activities.
• Understanding of HR best practices and principles, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of the hospital's HR department in line with Group HR standards, policies, procedures and regulations.
• Handle recruitment processes, staff contracts & onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations.
• Maintain staff data and records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies with affected staff.
• Support recruiting backend and administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, background checks, contracting and onboarding.
• Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and reports; ensure payroll data is processed timely for Head Office HR and Hospital Finance teams.
• Collaborate with Head of HR to plan and execute staff engagement activities across the hospital.
