Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking an HR Payroll Administrator to manage payroll calculations and HRIS administration in Jakarta Selatan. The role also covers BPJS administration, staff contracts and orientation services, and other HR administrative tasks to support smooth operations.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of payroll, finance, or administration experience; strong communication, honesty, attention to detail, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (Psychology/Management preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in payroll, finance, or administration (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Honest, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
• Strong communication skills.
