Job summary

Siloam International Hospitals Tbk is seeking an HR Operation Staff (payroll-focused) to handle payroll calculations, HRIS administration, BPJS administration, and staff contracts. You will manage contracts and orientation services while supporting other HR tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of payroll or admin experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (Psychology/Management preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, finance, or administration; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
