Job summary

NIXX | PT IDPods Kreasi Indonesia seeks an experienced Strategic Partnership Lead to expand brand presence across HoReCa and hospitality sectors, building alliances and co-branding initiatives with premium partners. You will lead partnerships, negotiate activations, and collaborate with marketing to drive brand exposure, track performance, and travel to client sites as needed.

The role requires 3+ years in HoReCa business development and proven leadership, with a strategic mindset and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
At least 3 years in business development or account management within the HoReCa industry.
Proven leadership experience managing a sales team of 3+ members.
Strong track record identifying market opportunities and securing new accounts.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and market analysis skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Identify, target, and secure strategic branding partnerships with premium HORECA players (hotels, restaurant chains, cafes, and hospitality venues).
Negotiate co-branding agreements, product placements, and joint marketing activations to maximize brand exposure and customer touchpoints.
Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key industry influencers, decision-makers, and venue operators.
Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to execute compelling on-site and digital promotional campaigns.
Track and evaluate partnership performance against key branding metrics (reach, brand impression, consumer engagement, and media value).
