Qualifications

Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent.
Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Affiliate, Live streaming, or Content preferred.
English language proficiency for reporting (minimum written; verbal is a plus).
Understanding of online ecosystem: TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Instagram, affiliate, live streaming.

Responsibilities

Identify and source potential brand leads for online partnership opportunities.
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, communities, and personal networks.
Present and pitch affiliate, content, live streaming, and e-commerce operation services.
Negotiate scope of work, pricing, contracts, and partnership schemes.
Maintain relationships with existing brands and identify upsell opportunities.
Coordinate with operational teams to ensure partnerships run smoothly.
Prepare pipeline, target, and closing reports on a regular basis.
Produce reporting in English, both written and presentation formats.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new brand opportunities.
