Job summary

PT Indo Porcelain in Yogyakarta is seeking a results-driven HoReCa Sales Manager to lead the sales function, grow market share, and build strong client relationships. The role requires at least 2 years in sales or business development within HoReCa, with proven leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, especially in the HoReCa sector.
Strong relationship-building skills with experience in customer retention programs.
Expertise in market trends, distribution networks, and the HoReCa industry.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities with a record of meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead sales efforts and develop strategies to meet targets in the HoReCa sector.
Forecast sales and budgets, and report progress to management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; drive retention and upsell opportunities.
Engage with clients, distributors, sponsors, and partners through regular meetings.
Lead and train the sales team; monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with business objectives.
