Job summary

PT DPO Indonesia is seeking an experienced HoReCa sales professional to drive growth within the foodservice channel. You will develop territory sales activities, build strong client relationships, and promote the company’s product portfolio to meet customer needs.

You will monitor performance, gather market insights, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Foodservice or HoReCa sales.
• Experience in frozen, chilled, ambient food, dairy, or beverage categories is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned territory, with a focus on the food service and HoReCa segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new business accounts.
• Effectively present and promote the company’s product portfolio to meet customer needs and drive repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
• Gather market intelligence on customer trends, pricing, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
• Carry out additional sales and business development responsibilities as assigned.
