Job summary

NIXX | PT IDPods Kreasi Indonesia in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an Event Marketing Staff to lead event procurement, logistics, and end-to-end operations. You will source vendors, manage pre-event prep, and ensure flawless on-site execution.

You will deliver post-event evaluations and financial reconciliations, coordinating with venues and partners. The ideal candidate has hands-on event experience, strong vendor negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure, including weekend work

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or event marketing execution.
Proven skills in vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and budget management for event logistics.
Experience crafting event rundowns and managing preparation timelines.
Ability to thrive under pressure and coordinate with multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

Plan and conceptualize event frameworks (offline and online) aligned with marketing briefs and business targets.
Manage the procurement of all event requirements, from sourcing and price negotiation to budgeting for equipment and vendors.
Handle all pre-event technical logistics, detailed rundown preparation, and coordination with vendors and venue management.
Lead and oversee on-site event execution on the day to ensure smooth operations according to plan.
Prepare comprehensive post-event evaluation reports, financial reconciliation, and event performance analysis.
