Job summary

PT Svea Laboratories International is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the Chef in preparing pizza ingredients, dough, sauces, toppings, and other components per SOP. You will assist in assembling pizzas before baking, ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients, and maintain a clean, hygienic work area and equipment.

The role supports the kitchen during busy hours, following safety standards and reporting any shortages to the Chef/Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Able to follow recipes and SOPs precisely.
• Interest in kitchen and F&B operations.
• Willing to learn basic pizza preparation techniques.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain hygiene.

• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work well in a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Understand basic food hygiene and cleanliness
• Maintain good personal hygiene and a neat appearance
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Previous kitchen or pizza-making experience is a plus
