Job summary

PT Hubble Butler Restaurant is seeking a hardworking Cook Helper to support the Kitchen Team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.

The role requires basic knowledge of food preparation and a willingness to learn, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will assist Cooks, maintain clean workstations, and follow hygiene and safety SOPs while embracing team collaboration and shift work in Bali.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation.
• Willing to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good personal hygiene.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place
• Wash, clean, cut, and prepare ingredients according to kitchen requirements
• Assist Cooks and Chefs during preparation and service

• Store ingredients properly according to food safety standards
• Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies

About you

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) preferred
• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of food preparation
• Willing to learn and develop culinary skills
