Job summary

This role helps ensure smooth outlet operations, maintains service standards, supports staff development, and assists the Restaurant Manager in achieving a successful, efficient restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or hospitality, with supervisory or management exposure.

• Fluent English communication is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth outlet operations, maintaining excellent service standards, supporting staff performance, and assisting the Restaurant Manager in running a successful and efficient restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.

Supervise the team to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

Support staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to maintain service and food quality standards.

Address customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to maintain sufficient stock.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.

Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.

Carry out opening and closing procedures, reporting, and securing the restaurant.

Work with management to execute promotions and contribute to sales growth.

Perform additional duties as needed to support overall restaurant success.

Requirements:

Previous experience in F&B or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or management role.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent English communication is mandatory.

Ability to stay composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
