Job summary

PT Svea Laboratories International is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the Chef in preparing pizza ingredients, dough, sauces, toppings, and other components per SOP. You will assist in assembling pizzas before baking, ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients, and maintain a clean, hygienic work area and equipment.

The role supports the kitchen during busy hours, following safety standards and reporting any shortages to the Chef/Supervisor.

Qualifications

Able to follow recipes and SOPs precisely.
Interest in kitchen and F&B operations.
Willing to learn basic pizza preparation techniques.
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain hygiene.

Responsibilities

Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other pizza ingredients according to SOP.
Assist in assembling and preparing pizzas before baking.
Ensure ingredients are properly stored and handled.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
Assist with kitchen preparation before and after operation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOP standards.
Support the Chef and other kitchen team members during busy hours.
Help monitor ingredient availability and report shortages to the Chef/Supervisor.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef/Supervisor.
