Job summary

PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. - Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Helpdesk & Application System Support professional in West Java to act as a liaison between users and MIS, log issues, and assist system analysts in implementations.

You will support 24/4 IT operation, coordinate with HC Group IT for infrastructure services, and train users while demonstrating strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Computer Engineering or Technical Computer or Computer Science with GPA 3.0 above.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience would be preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Have good skill in train users and providing helpdesk support.
• Have fundamental knowledge of IT troubleshoot such as Microsoft windows operating system, Microsoft O365 products.

Responsibilities

• Provide services as liaison between user and MIS to resolve issues, log and follow up via online facilities.
• Communicate and coordinate with Technical & User Support Officer to ensure 24/7 IT operation.
• Coordinate with HC Group IT in infrastructure implementation and services.
