Job summary

PT Integrasi Solusi Prima is hiring two IT Technical Support / Operators in West Jakarta. You will be the first-contact for technical issues, resolving problems to minimise downtime and maintain business continuity.

This full-time role requires strong hardware/software knowledge and end-user support experience. We value IT certifications and practical experience with Windows/Linux, networks and ticketing systems.

Qualifications

Must have completed secondary education.
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Experience in IT help desk or similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email and ticketing systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues.
Install, configure and maintain IT equipment including computers, printers and peripherals.
Monitor system performance and IT infrastructure to identify potential issues before they impact users.
Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets and technical solutions in the knowledge base.
Assist with user account management, password resets and access control.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including software updates, patches and system backups.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical staff or relevant departments when necessary.
Provide technical guidance and training to end-users on software and hardware usage.
Support the deployment of new systems and equipment to client sites.
