RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager for an electrical manufacturing client in Cikarang. The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and guiding projects from opportunity through implementation.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, business English proficiency, and at least 12 years total experience, including 4+ years in BD, commercial, or project management, preferably in electronics

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Business level of English; Japanese language fluency is an advantage.
• Total 12 years of total work experience, currently as Assistant Manager with at least 4 years in Business Development, Commercial, or Project Management, experienced in selling medical device, electronics, or similar industries.
• Experience in localization, technology transfer, or new project launch is an advantage.
• Able to manage projects from business opportunity, feasibility, costing, quotation, negotiation, to implementation.
• Good understanding of manufacturing cost, investment, capacity, supply chain, and profitability.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic direction and manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead business development projects from opportunity identification, feasibility assessment, costing, quotation, and negotiation through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain, to ensure successful project execution.
• Evaluate manufacturing costs, investment requirements, production capacity, supply chain considerations, and project profitability.
• Prepare business proposals, commercial quotations, and presentations for customers and management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key business stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage potential risks, and ensure timely project implementation.
• Support localization, technology transfer, and new project launch initiatives.
• Other tasks as assigned.
