The role focuses on strategic direction, team leadership, and ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving innovation and commercialization.
The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in food manufacturing, strong R&D/Product Development experience, and proven capability to manage
Formación
- 15+ years in Food Manufacturing/FMCG
- Strong experience in R&D and product development
- Experience with Wet Food products (sauces, condiments, dressings)
- Proven leadership of R&D and QA/QC teams
- Experience transitioning products from R&D to mass production
- Solid understanding of food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Responsabilidades
- Oversee R&D and QA/QC functions
- Lead R&D and QA/QC managers
- Set R&D and Quality strategy aligned with business
- Guide new product development and reformulation
- Ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards
- Drive product quality, cost optimization, and scalability
- Collaborate with Manufacturing/Technical teams to scale products
