Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, agricultural, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in quality management roles with at least 5 years in animal feed manufacturing.
• Experience in quality assurance, food safety, auditing, regulatory, or similar field.
• Experience producing SOPs and quality parameter forms; strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining HACCP and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and maintains quality control systems, product/process verification, sampling protocols, and analytical testing to ensure food safety standards.
• Examine regulatory landscape and create reaction methods for new or revised food safety legislation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Assess suppliers for adherence to internal standards and external norms; propose improvements.
• Implement environmental, health, and safety requirements across the organization; promote staff awareness and compliance.
• Maintain safety standards for personnel and environmental compliance.
• Carry out quality implementation per SOPs; ensure staff receive necessary training.
• Lead department structure, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions; implement performance-based culture.

Requirement

• A bachelor's degree from a renowned university in engineering, industrial management, agricultural, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the quality management roles, with at least minimum of 5 years of experience in animal feed manufacturing
• Experience in quality assurance, food safety, food production, auditing, regulatory, or a similar field
• Ability to produce SOPs and quality parameter forms. Strong team building, decision-making, and people-management skills
• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety plans such as HACCP and GMP compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to communicate with all levels in the plant
