Job summary

PT RAJA TOP FOOD in Tigaraksa, Tangerang is seeking an experienced R&D professional to lead product development and scale lab concepts to mass production. You will collaborate with production, purchasing, and marketing to bring innovative, safe foods to market.

The role requires 2–5 years in food and beverage R&D or production, strong knowledge of processing, materials, sensory evaluation, and HACCP. You will supervise junior staff and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field (Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry) required.
• 2 years of R&D or production experience in food and beverage.
• Solid knowledge of food processing, raw materials, sensory evaluation, and food safety systems like HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Product Development: Create new food formulations, improve recipes and conduct lab-scale trials.
• Process Scaling: Oversee plant trials and transition lab samples to mass production.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure products meet BPOM guidelines, Halal certification, and shelf-life standards.
• Cost Optimization: Evaluate raw material costs to balance affordability with quality.
• Team Supervision: Guide junior R&D staff and coordinate with purchasing, production, and marketing teams.
