PT. Agrinesia Raya is seeking a Process & Quality Improvement Staff to join our food manufacturing team.

You will execute factory trials, scale-up activities, and technology transfer from R&D to production, while supporting problem solving to improve yield, waste, cycle time, and product consistency. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor or master in a related field, with 1–3 years in R&D, QA/QC, or process improvement, and familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety.

Formación

• S1 degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
• Fresh graduate with strong technical exposure or 1–3 years of experience in R&D, QA/QC, Production, Process Improvement, or food manufacturing.
• Understanding of basic food processing, GMP, HACCP, and food safety.
• Able to conduct structured trial, basic data analysis, RCA, and technical reporting.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Comfortable working on production floor.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed or work near the factory and follow trial production requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Execute factory trial, scale-up, process validation, and technology transfer from R&D to commercial production
• Prepare trial readiness: material, equipment, parameter, sampling, and data recording
• Collect and analyze process data, deviation, product result, and manufacturing constraints
• Support structured problem solving for recurring process/product issues
• Execute process improvement related to yield, waste, rework, cycle time, process stability, and product consistency
• Support quality-related technical trial such as cleaning method, sanitation, hygienic process, or process robustness improvement
• Support targeted QMS implementation in the field, including follow-up CAPA effectiveness and recurring implementation gap
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, QC, QMS, Engineering, and OpEx
• Prepare complete trial/improvement report and support handover improvement to Operations
