Mekari adalah perusahaan SaaS terkemuka di Indonesia dan mencari Head of Partnership untuk memperkuat ekosistem kemitraan berfokus pada Financial Stack. Peran ini membutuhkan pengalaman 10+ tahun dalam kemitraan/aliansi, kemampuan negosiasi tingkat eksekutif, serta kemampuan membangun kemitraan strategis dengan pihak internal dan mitra utama.

Anda akan memimpin negosiasi skala besar, strategi GTM, dan inisiatif akuisisi mitra sambil menjaga hubungan jangka panjang yang memberi dampak pada OKR

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang Bisnis/Ekonomi/Pemasaran; MBA lebih disukai.
• 10+ tahun pengalaman kemitraan/aliansi strategis dengan rekam jejak menutup perjanjian multi pihak.
• Penelitian peluang mitra, due diligence, pemodelan komersial, serta alur hukum/kontrak.

Responsibilities

• Mengidentifikasi dan mengamankan mitra komersial/strategis berpotensi tinggi.
• Memimpin negosiasi kesepakatan end-to-end dan proses akuisisi mitra.
• Bekerja dengan produk, hukum, dan keuangan untuk penyelarasan.
• Mengembangkan strategi GTM bersama mitra komersial/strategis.
• Mengembangkan kemitraan saluran/program.
• Memelihara roadmap strategis dan melacak kontribusi mitra.
• Membangun hubungan eksekutif dengan pemangku kepentingan mitra kunci.
• Memantau realisasi OKR bersama mitra dan perusahaan.
• Address risiko dan isu kinerja secara proaktif.
• Mewakili perusahaan di acara-ekosistem dan platform terkait.
• Melaporkan hasil kemitraan kepada AVP dan C-level.

Job summary: Identify and secure high-potential commercial / strategic partners and ensure overall success in partnership and acquisition initiatives.

Job description:

• Identify and secure high-potential commercial / strategic partners

• Lead end-to-end deal negotiation / Acquisition Potential Partner Commercial/Strategic and agreement process

• Collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams for alignment

• Develop joint GTM strategies with commercial / strategic partners

• Develop Channel/Program Partnership

• Maintain strategic roadmap and track partner contribution/enablement

• Build executive relationships with key partner stakeholders

• Monitor delivery of mutual objectives and OKRs

• Address risks and performance issues proactively

• Represent company in ecosystem events and platforms

• Report on partnership outcomes to AVP and C-levels

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business/Economics/Marketing; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in strategic partnerships/alliances with a track record of closing complex multi-party agreements.
• Deal sourcing & qualification, partner due diligence, commercial modeling, legal/contract fluency, joint GTM/channel strategy, CRM pipeline hygiene.
• Executive networking, persuasion, structured problem solving, conflict resolution, long-term relationship stewardship.
