Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia partners with a rapidly expanding healthcare organisation to recruit a VP Operations Services based in Indonesia. The role centers on leading and optimising a growing network of fertility healthcare centres, driving operational excellence, improving patient experiences, and preparing for future expansion.

You will oversee multi-site operations, develop SOPs and governance, collaborate with doctors, nursing and non-medical teams, and guide strategic operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field.
• 10–15 years of healthcare operations experience with strong leadership exposure.
• Experience within hospital, fertility, women's health, specialty clinic, or healthcare services preferred.
• Exposure to multi-site operations, transformation, or fast-growing healthcare organisations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations across multiple fertility centres.
• Drive operational excellence, service consistency, and standardisation across locations.
• Strengthen SOPs, workflows, and operational governance.
• Partner closely with doctors, specialists, nursing, and non-medical teams.
• Lead operational readiness for future expansion and transformation initiatives.
• Strengthen patient journey and service experience across all touchpoints.
• Drive continuous improvement across operational and patient experience performance.
• Support the Founder & CEO on strategic operational priorities.
